Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination postal code (CEP), weight and volume of the products. The delivery time is shown at checkout after you enter your postal code.
Orders are processed within 4 business days after the purchase is confirmed. Shipments are made by Correios or partner carriers, and the delivery time starts counting from dispatch. Orders are subject to a registration review, which may affect the final delivery time.
For shipments via Jadlog, dispatches are made twice a week, always on Mondays and Thursdays.
