Osklen
Osklen was founded in 1989 by Oskar Metsavaht and began as a small shop in Búzios. The brand is defined by the balance between urban life and nature, where the organic and the technological, the local and the global coexist as complementary ideas. Since 1999 it has researched lower-impact materials and processes, work formalized in the e-fabrics project in partnership with Instituto-E, which brings together recycled, organic, natural and handcrafted raw materials. The brand's commitment is summed up in the acronym ASAP: As Sustainable As Possible, As Soon As Possible.
At Eme Mater, Osklen appears across almost the entire wardrobe: t-shirts, shirts, pants, dresses, bags and sneakers, as well as beachwear. Among them is the Pirarucu line. It remains in the curation for the coherence between design and the origin of its materials.
